How your digital purchase reaches you: timelines, channels, and what to do if it doesn't. Last updated October 2026.
1. No Physical Shipping — Everything Is Digital
BizSensei Digital sells software, not physical goods. Every product in our store — BizSensei OMS, BizSensei GST Invoices, BizSensei WhatsApp Connect, and any future plugin — is a digital product. There is nothing to pack, nothing to courier, and nothing that will arrive at your door.
When this page says "shipping" or "delivery," it means digital delivery: making the plugin files and your license key available to you through your account on this website and by email. No shipping company is involved at any stage, and no shipping address is collected or required at checkout.
If you were looking for tracking numbers, dispatch timelines, or courier partners, you can stop reading here — none of that applies. What follows explains exactly how your purchase reaches you, how fast, and what to do if it does not.
1.1 Why This Page Exists
Payment gateways, marketplaces, and consumer-protection guidelines in India expect every online store to publish a shipping policy, even when the store sells only digital goods. This page satisfies that requirement and, more importantly, sets honest expectations: you will never wait for a courier from us, but you do need a working email address and a WordPress website to receive and use what you buy.
1.2 What You Are Actually Buying
Each purchase gives you two things: (1) a downloadable ZIP file containing the plugin, and (2) a license key that activates the plugin on your website and entitles you to updates. Both are delivered digitally as described in Section 3. The plugin files are yours to keep; the license key governs updates and license-gated features under our Terms & Conditions.
2. How Digital Delivery Works
Our store runs on WooCommerce, and delivery is handled automatically the moment your payment is confirmed. There is no manual processing step, no warehouse queue, and no business-hours dependency for the delivery itself — the system issues your download and license 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays.
Delivery has three parallel channels, so that a failure in any one of them does not leave you stuck. All three are described in Section 3.
2.1 Automatic, Not Manual
When Razorpay (our payment gateway) confirms your payment, WooCommerce marks your order as paid. That event triggers our License Bridge automatically: it creates your license key on the BizSensei license server, attaches the plugin ZIP to your order, and sends your confirmation email. The whole chain typically completes within a minute. Nobody on our team has to click anything for you to receive your product.
The only exception is when a payment needs manual review — for example, a bank flags the transaction and the gateway holds it for verification. In that case delivery waits until the payment is confirmed, and Section 4.3 explains the timeline.
2.2 What We Need From You
Exactly two things: a valid email address you can access, and the ability to log in to your account on bizsensei.co.in. Your email address is where the confirmation email, download links, and license key are sent. Your account's Downloads area is the permanent home of your files. If you check out with a typo'd email address or lose access to your account, delivery still happened on our side — Section 7 explains how we help you recover it.
3. Your Three Delivery Channels
Every paid order is delivered through all three of the following channels. They are redundant by design: if one fails, use the next.
3.1 Order Confirmation Email
Immediately after payment confirmation, WooCommerce sends an order confirmation email to the address you entered at checkout. This email contains your order number, the items purchased, and download links for each plugin ZIP. These links are personal to your order — they are signed, they expire (see Section 6), and they should not be shared publicly.
Your license key is sent in a separate email from our license system, usually within a few minutes of the order email. Keeping both emails gives you everything you need: the files and the key that activates them.
3.2 Your Account — Downloads Area
Log in at bizsensei.co.in/my-account/ and open Downloads. Every plugin you have purchased is listed there with a fresh download button, permanently, for as long as your license is valid. This is the most reliable channel: it does not depend on email delivery at all, and the links here never go stale the way email links can.
If you checked out as a guest (without creating an account), WooCommerce still creates an account record for your email address — use the "Lost your password" link on the login page to set a password and access your downloads.
3.3 License Key Email
Our License Bridge issues your license key and emails it to you from our system. The email includes the key itself, the product it belongs to, the number of websites it covers (one website per license, as stated on each product page), and a link to the activation instructions. If you bought two different plugins, you receive two keys — one per product.
You do not strictly need this email to start using the plugin: the key is also shown in your account area, and the plugin works in a grace state until activated. But activating promptly is wise, because only an activated license receives automatic updates.
4. Delivery Timelines
"Instant" is a promise we take seriously, so here are the actual numbers.
4.1 Standard Timeline: Under 5 Minutes
For successful UPI, card, and net-banking payments confirmed by the gateway immediately, the complete delivery chain — order email with download links, license key email, and downloads in your account — finishes within 5 minutes in the overwhelming majority of orders. Most of the time it is under a minute.
4.2 Email Delays Are Not Delivery Delays
Email is the slowest and least reliable of the three channels. Gmail, Outlook, and corporate mail servers sometimes greylist or defer incoming mail for minutes or even hours, especially from a new sender. If your order email has not arrived after 15 minutes, do not wait for it — log in to your account's Downloads area (Section 3.2), where your files are already waiting. Email delay never means your purchase is lost.
4.3 Payments Held for Review
Occasionally a payment gateway holds a transaction for manual verification — mismatched billing details, a first-time high-value card payment, or a bank-side fraud check. While the payment is on hold, the order stays in "pending" and nothing is delivered, because there is no confirmed payment to deliver against. Once the gateway confirms (usually within a few hours, at most 24), delivery proceeds automatically under the standard timeline. If the payment ultimately fails or is cancelled, no delivery occurs and no charge is made.
4.4 Our Delivery Commitment
If your payment is confirmed and you have not received any of the three delivery channels within 24 hours, that is a delivery failure on our side, and Section 7 applies — we will make it right, including re-issuing links and keys manually and, if we cannot deliver at all, refunding you under our Refund Policy.
5. License Key Delivery in Detail
Because our products are licensed software, the key deserves its own section.
5.1 One Key Per Product, One Website Per Key
Each plugin you purchase gets its own license key. Each key is valid for one website (one domain), as a lifetime license, unless the product page states otherwise. Buying GST Invoices and WhatsApp Connect gives you two keys. The key is a long string of letters and numbers — copy it exactly, without extra spaces, when activating.
5.2 Where to Enter the Key
After installing and activating the plugin ZIP on your WordPress site, open the plugin's settings page in your WordPress admin. Each BizSensei plugin has a License section or screen — paste the key there and click Activate. The plugin checks the key against our license server and, on success, shows an "Active" status. Full per-plugin activation steps are included in the license email.
5.3 Lost Keys
License keys do not expire and are never deleted. If you lose the email, your key is always retrievable: log in to your account on bizsensei.co.in, where your keys are listed alongside your downloads, or write to us from your purchase email address and we will resend it. Never post your key publicly — anyone with the key could activate it on their own site and exhaust its single-domain allowance.
6. Download Links: Expiry and Limits
To prevent abuse, the signed download links in your email expire. This surprises some customers, so here are the exact rules.
6.1 Email Link Expiry
Download links in the order confirmation email are valid for a limited window (set by WooCommerce, typically measured in days) and for a limited number of downloads. If you click an old email link and it says "expired," nothing is wrong with your purchase — log in to your account's Downloads area instead, where links are generated fresh on every visit and never expire while your license is valid.
6.2 Your Account Downloads Do Not Expire
As long as your license is active, you can re-download the plugin from your account at any time — after a site migration, a server crash, or simply because you want the latest version. Re-downloading never consumes or affects your license key.
6.3 Updates Are Delivered Through WordPress
After the first install, you never need to download ZIPs manually again. With an active license key, new versions appear in your WordPress admin under Dashboard → Updates, and install with one click — the same as any plugin from wordpress.org. This update channel is part of what your license pays for.
7. If Delivery Fails — What to Do
Delivery failures are rare, and almost all of them are email problems, not purchase problems. Work through these steps in order before assuming the worst.
7.1 Check Your Account First
Log in at bizsensei.co.in/my-account/ → Downloads. If your plugin is listed there, delivery succeeded — the email is just delayed or filtered. Download from here and carry on.
7.2 Check Spam, Promotions, and Filters
Search your spam/junk folder and Gmail's Promotions tab for "bizsensei" or your order number. Corporate and custom-domain mailboxes sometimes quarantine automated mail silently — check with your IT administrator or add info@bizsensei.co.in to your contacts/safe-senders list, then ask us to resend.
7.3 Verify the Email Address on the Order
Log in and check the email address on your order (My Account → Orders → view). A surprising number of "missing delivery" cases are a typo at checkout — gmial.com instead of gmail.com. If the address is wrong, write to us from your correct address quoting the order number; we will update it and resend everything.
7.4 Write to Us — We Respond and Re-issue
If none of the above works, email info@bizsensei.co.in with your order number (or the purchase email address). We will verify the order and manually re-issue your download links and license key, usually within one business day. If we cannot deliver your product at all — for example, a gateway error debited you without creating the order — you are covered by our Refund Policy's delivery-failure provisions.
8. Email Deliverability — The Honest Fine Print
We send order and license emails from properly authenticated mail (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are configured on our domain), which gives our mail the best possible chance of reaching your inbox. Even so, no sender on the internet can guarantee inbox placement: receiving servers apply their own spam heuristics, corporate firewalls, and greylisting that are entirely outside our control.
That is precisely why your account's Downloads area exists as an independent channel. Email is a notification; your account is the delivery. As long as you can log in, you can always get your product, regardless of what any mail server decides.
8.1 Keep Your Email Address Current
Update your account email if you change addresses. License-related notices — including security updates and renewal reminders, if we ever introduce renewals — go to the address on file. We are not responsible for notices you miss because your address was outdated.
9. Before You Buy: Compatibility Is on You
Digital delivery is instant, which means you should verify before purchasing that the product fits your setup. Each product page lists its requirements (WordPress version, PHP version, and any dependencies such as WooCommerce).
Our plugins are built and tested against current WordPress and WooCommerce releases on standard LAMP/LEMP hosting. Exotic server configurations, heavily customized admin environments, and conflicts with poorly coded third-party themes or plugins can require troubleshooting — our support helps licensed customers with genuine issues, but "my server runs PHP 7.2 from 2017" is a pre-purchase check, not a delivery failure. When in doubt, write to us before buying; we would rather talk you out of a purchase than process a refund later.
9.1 Agency Services Have No "Delivery" Either
For project work and retainers, deliverables are handed over as agreed in the proposal — source files, admin access, documentation, or deployment to your hosting — on the timeline in the proposal. This page's instant-delivery timelines apply only to plugin purchases, not to custom development work.
10. No Shipping Charges, Ever
The price on the product page is the complete price. There are no shipping fees, handling fees, packaging charges, or cash-on-delivery options, because there is no shipment. The only amount added at checkout is GST, where applicable, shown transparently before you pay.
10.1 GST Invoices for Your Records
Every order generates a proper GST invoice, available from your account (My Account → Orders → view → invoice). If you need an invoice in a specific business name or with your GSTIN, make sure the billing details at checkout are correct — we generate the invoice from exactly what you entered.
11. International Customers
Digital delivery works identically worldwide — there are no customs, no zones, and no international shipping surcharges. If you are purchasing from outside India, your payment is processed in INR by our gateway (your bank handles the conversion), and delivery follows the same three channels and timelines described above.
Support is provided in English, and our support hours follow Indian Standard Time (IST). Email support is asynchronous and works across time zones without issue.
11.1 Export Compliance
Our plugins are standard commercial software with no encryption controls beyond what WordPress itself uses. To our knowledge they are not subject to export restrictions, but compliance with your local laws is your responsibility.
12. Contact
Delivery questions, missing emails, lost keys, expired links — it all goes to the same place.
